Particular attention was paid to the activities of Austria, which is considered one of the regional leaders, and the Western Balkans are of strategic importance for it. The aim of the undertaken analysis was, on the one hand, to show the dynamism of the phenomena, and on the other hand, the topicality of the problems that result from these phenomena.
