Abstract

The article is an attempt to analyze the phenomenon of photo and video retouching on the Internet, especially in social media, and the emerging fashion for showing your image in a real way, without using filters and studied poses. After the theoretical part, the author's own research was presented, showing the respondents' opinions on the discussed issue. The problem of frequently using filters that change facial features and the sugary presentation of one's life by influencers is significant from the point of view of the mental condition of young people watching this type of pictures.
