The aim of this article is to analyze the programs of political parties that crossed the electoral threshold and entered parliament in 2023, in the context of women's rights. The programs of the following electoral committees were assessed (in order according to the obtained results): KW Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (PiS), KKW Koalicja Obywatelska PO .N IPL Zieloni. (KO), KKW Trzecia Droga: Polska 2050 Szymona Hołowni - Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe (PSL), KW Nowa Lewica, KW Konfederacja Wolność I Niepodległość. The analysis of the programs of individual parties and politicians` statements confirmed the thesis that the issue of women`s rights was constantly present in the parliamentary election campaign in 2023. The main topics in the context of gender equality and women's rights turned out to be reproductive health issues, including: in vitro procedures, the possibility of terminating pregnancy, perinatal care, but also support for Polish families in raising children and combining parental and professional responsibilities.
