In the face of dynamic technological change and globalisation, non-kinetic operations, of which information, psychological and cyber operations are an essential component, are the basis of contemporary armed conflict. These forms of operations make it possible to achieve strategic objectives without the need for direct military clashes, affecting the morale, information systems and infrastructure of the adversary. The article discusses the importance of non-kinetic operations for armed forces, highlighting their role in modern military strategies. Psychological, information and cyber operations are also described as some of the key tools for modern military strategies to achieve strategic objectives without engaging armed forces in direct clashes. The integration of non-kinetic operations with traditional military operations is proposed, pointing out the need to adapt organisational structures and communication strategies in the armed forces.
