All articles are published as open access under a Creative Commons license – CC BY (Attribution).

   Access to the articles is:

– free of charge

– immediate

– general

– unlimited ( by technical, temporal, financial or other constraints)

– free

Every user can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author – according to the rules of the CC BY licence, i.e. under the conditions of appropriate attribution.
In line with the Open Access policy, authors retain full copyright to their articles – without restrictions.
Authors can deposit their articles in a repository of their choice.
The editors do not charge any fees for the submission, processing, editing and publication of articles.
Full access to articles is available from July 1st 2020.
Archived articles previously behind the paywall are now in open access.
