This study is a voice about the controlling secret of employees of the National Health Fund. This is a new professional secret that has emerged in legal transactions since 1 June 2019. The main emphasis was placed on the obligation to denounce and appear as a witness in criminal proceedings. The subject, subject and temporal scope of the controller’s secret were analyzed in the paper. Questions were also asked which, when the provisions on the controller’s secret are practically applied, will get their answer.
