The article shows a way of discussing Treny by Jan Kochanowski, which is based on the natural laws of learning, described by Céline Alvarez. It creates opportunities for modern Polish education, on the one hand, relating to the knowledge of the biological basis of learning, theses of neurodidactics or the practices of Maria Montessori, and on the other hand, supporting the integration of content belonging to various fields of science. The descriptions of possible actions and author’s arrangements are primarily patronized by Henryk Kurczab, a researcher from Rzeszów, who for years has always paid attention to the need to create a comprehensive, integrated picture of the world in the minds of students.
