Abstract

The labor market in Poland and in the whole world is rapidly changing. The improvement of basic economic indicators, even in the short term, does not necessarily mean improvement of the situation of employees and those people who stay outside the primary labor market. The aim of the article is to try to answer whether the personal potential represented in Podkarpackie Voivodeship is used on the local labor market. The study uses the results of research carried out at the request of the Voivodship Labor Office, whose aim was to analyze the relationship between economic growth and the improvement of the situation of young people, the unemployed and also employed people.
