Looking for useful categories to describe and study the everyday life of a school, it is worth noting the individual pedagogical theories of teachers, which are part of the school’s culture. In the text I present the concept of individual theories of teachers, their types and the areas they may concern. I assume that individual pedagogical theories of teachers, as opposed to scientific knowledge, are their “personal knowledge”, gathered on the basis of individual experiences. This knowledge is used to solve practical problems and thus has a significant impact on teachers' school practice, and if so, it cannot be ignored in the research on the school.Downloads
