Abstract

Various forms of tourist events involving children and youth can have a significant influence on their upbringing, development and education. They are conducive to the realization of educational tasks in a much more attractive conditions than the classroom. The benefits of such forms of activity are even more important in the context of the modern lifestyle of young people, which has been dominated by passive forms of leisure, computer, Internet, TV and unhealthy nutrition. In order to encourage children and youth to tourist trips it’s important to create the interesting pro-grams of trips, rallies, canoeing or camps. At the same time, during programming packages and planning organizational activities, the existing regulations should be taken into account to ensure the safety of participants. Tourist movement and sightseeing in schools is regulated by the rules, which are determined and decreed by the Ministry of Education The legislator has made in recent years some changes. This article introduces and organizes the most recent legislative changes concerning the organization of school trips, other types of school tourist events and a leisure of children and youth.
