Abstract

The article presents the designations of contemporary ICT, technological and cultural progress which finds its reflection in contemporary theories of teaching and learning. Draws attention to the main thesis of connectivism in the context of the conditions of use of the Network with its different nodes and connections. Taking into account the social need for educational development of ICT methods and tools indicates the problems of learning that is stored and transformed by technology.
