Human Capital Operational Programme 2007–2013 in the preparation work – selected procedures

Abstract

By means of the article presents a brief characterization of some stretches of the problems occurring in the 2009–2013 Operational Programmes provide opportunities of development and innovation throughout the whole society. Their diversity present in each area creates opportunities for implementation by any entity: individual, team, administrative, scientific, industrial, agricultural, university etc. System projects, competitions, individual permit that anyone interested can properly use them. Also, as shown in the fourth issue of imposing strict procedures, resulting from the rigors of the law and signed agreements to which each undertaking the implementation of the project must be prepared to realize the financial and legal consequences of which threaten him for not carrying out the tasks contained in the draft and signed contract.
