Cooperation of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with independent supervisory bodies of churches and religious organizations in Poland on the basis of the example of activities of the Catholic Church

This article aims to present the cooperation between the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and the independent supervisory authority appointed by the Catholic Church. Taking into account the independence and autonomy of the Catholic Church provided for, among others, in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and in the Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland of 28 July 1993, the author aims to indicate the basis, scope and principles of cooperation between the above mentioned authorities.
