Changes in the public relations industry caused by the COVID-19

The aim of the article is to indicate the key changes that have taken place in the public relations industry during the COVID-19. In the course of research, which became the basis for writing the article, knowledge was obtained from public relations practitioners, and the research survey was conducted by employees of entities associated in the Stowarzyszenie Agencji Public Relations (Association of Public Relations Agencies). The research allowed to obtain answers to questions about impact of the pandemic on the PR agency sector, the types of changes that have occurred as a result of the pandemic or the impact that the COVID-19 will have on the demand of PR agencies’ clients for their activities in the future.
