Reviewing procedure

The authors are informed within three weeks of receipt of the text that it has been qualified for review or rejected due to serious formal deficiencies or a clear, grossly low scientific level. In the case of minor deficiencies, the article is returned to the author for editorial requirements.

Then the text (without the author's identity) is sent to two external reviewers (review form). In the event of two positive reviews, the text will be accepted for publication. In the event of a negative review Editor-in-Chief directs the text to additional external reviewer or decide to reject the text (providing the author with the justification). The Author may also decide to withdraw an article. In case of two negative reviews, the text will be rejected. Within six months, the Author receives reviews of the submitted text (after removing the personal details of the reviewers) and information on the further publication procedure.
