The article presents the practical implementation and analysis of the functioning of a robotic palletizing set based on the SensoPart Visor V10-OB-A1-W6 vision sensor supporting the work of the Kawasaki RS03N industrial robot arm. Dedicated software for controlling an industrial robot has been designed and implemented taking into account the configuration and graphical optimization of vision parameters of the image sensor. The tuned control system allows you to automatically find specific 3D objects and complete them according to a specific storage algorithm. The practicing students in the laboratory can learn about the latest methods of designing industrial robots control systems for the purpose of automation of production processes. KeywordsDownloads
