Abstract

The article presents an analysis of consumer policy in Poland and Ukraine, focusing on legal regulations and the functioning of institutions responsible for the protection of consumer rights. It discusses the key provisions and legal mechanisms shaping the system of consumer protection in both countries, emphasizing the role of the state in ensuring equality, security, and fairness in the market. The analysis also includes a comparison of similarities and differences in the approaches of both countries to consumer protection, highlighting the importance of European integration as a factor influencing the development of consumer policy.
