The aim of this article is to undertake a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the value of freedom in terms of its presence in the political agendas of those electoral committees that exceeded the electoral threshold in the 2019 elections to the Polish Parliament. In the light of the applied method of analysis of political values (the circular model) and the results of the 2018–2019 European Social Survey, the hypothesis h1 was set, according to which the southern value of freedom within the community will dominate over the northern value of individual freedom in the agendas. To assess political values, the research used a comparative method, quantitative and qualitative content analysis, as well as a circular model. Hypothesis h1 has been verified positively in part because many references to social policy and equality were identified in the agendas, with the committees' postulates appeared as freedom in the positive variant.
