A new social stratification indicator of civilizational

A new wave of civilizational changes generates new society. It is referred to the various terms, including a digital society, the knowledge society, the one-zero public. And that is the object of interest. Civilization exclusion of people who do not use an ICT affects a large social stratum. It increases a layer of knowledge workers. Next to it there is a group of NEET people (not in employment, education or training) and low information culture people. This raises challenges for the teaching of computer science.Downloads
