Problems with the computerization of the modern society

Abstract

This article presents issues related to problems of the modern society that result from a dy-namical computerization of almost all aspects of life. The skills of Poles that allow to function in a society of knowledge and information are analysed. A special attention is drawn to the role of the educational system in preparation of the young generation to learn and work in the digitalized world. The reform of the education is introduced in the times of rapid development of all branches of computer science, especially Internet of Things and virtual reality. This needs an elastic base of the teaching program for the computer science, which will be ready to adjust to the constantly changing modern society. Attention is drawn to the fact that the society is not prepared for the lack of access to the Internet and consequently to all services that it provides.
