Marek Stanisz (University of Rzeszów, Poland) – editor-in-chief

Marek Stanisz – is a professor of Polish and literary studies at the University of Rzeszów (Poland). He is interested with Romantic literature (especially Romantic literary consciousness and criticism as well as Polish Romanticism in the European context), history of ideas and the relationship between philosophy and literature, and literature and other arts. He is the author of the following books: "Wczesnoromantyczne spory o poezję" [Early Romantic Disputes over Poetry] (Kraków 1998), "Przedmowy romantyków. Kreacje autorskie, idee programowe, gry z czytelnikiem" [The Romantics' Prefaces. Author's Creations, Program Tenets, Games with Readers] (Kraków 2007), "Światy i życie. Metafory poezji w polskiej krytyce literackiej doby romantyzmu" [Worlds and Life. Metaphors of Poetry in Polish Literary Criticism of the Romantic Era] (Rzeszów 2019), "Spory o sonet we wczesnoromantycznej krytyce literackiej" [The Polemic Over the Sonnet in Polish Early Romantic Literary Criticism] (Poznań 2019). He has co-edited eleven joint publications, i.a., Adam Mickiewicz. Dwa wieki kultury polskiej (Rzeszów 2007), Filozofia w literaturze. Literatura w filozofii series. He has published in „Slavica Tergestina”, “Studia Norwidiana”, “Teksty Drugie”, “Colloquia Litteraria”, “Świat Tekstów”, “Zeszyty Szkolne” and in joint publications. He is the editor-in-chief of the literary journal “Tematy i Konteksty”.
