Abstract

The development of the information society, that it is a feature of the digital life of its citizens encounters various obstacles. These barriers are mainly due to problems arising from the rapid pace of technological progress, the dynamic changes in both ICT and their applications. The pace of these changes causes aging of competence, especially digital literacy. The task of education in the field of ICT is the acquisition by the students in the process of developing such competence within the framework of education and self-education will help reduce these gaps competence, giving the opportunity to the smooth functioning of the information society which will give the opportunity to fully digital life for citizens.
