The Teacher’s Role in Multicultural and Intercultural Education in Ukraine and Poland

The paper attempts to show the role of education and its impact on the processes taking place in a multicultural and intercultural environment. Particular attention has been paid to the requirements for teachers, since the implementation of intercultural education objectives in Poland and Ukraine depends to a large extent on the professionalism of teachers, which combines the qualities of a teacher and psychologist, cultural scientist, educator, education manager, educator and coordinator. This task is extremely difficult, because to achieve this goal, excellent teacher specialists are needed, and thus their education, and in particular the creation of professional and personal features of the future teacher, while maintaining the requirements of the multicultural labor market.Downloads
