Abstract

Basic information applied to an organization culture has been presented. A few chosen ways an explanation of using fundaments and factors determining a force and distinct and functionality of organizational culture has been described. The problems issues of economical trends and influence of government on the functional rules of society’s responsibility organizations, in the aspects of organizational culture has been signalized as well.
