Construction of a system of knowledge, knowing of reality, development of science, understanding of the world and communication are associated with methodological reflection about the structure and rules of conduction of process research, conceptualization, operationalization, analysis and ways of presentation of research results. The object of the research was the knowledge and attitudes about research methodology and methods of scientific studies necessary for the creation of master‟s theses (types, types and stages of research, strategy, quantitative and qualitative methods, techniques and research tools) students. The study was based on the experience of teaching (the study of the attitudes of students using the Thurstonescale), observation of teaching and partially directed interview. It has been shown that workshops on research methodology allow students to develop scientific thinking during intellectual and communicational activities at the university (eg. during master's thesis creation), but also the perception of the need to organize such activities in order to shape the right approach to contemporary problems of learning and communication.Downloads
