Abstract

The article presents a brief assessment of the Polish education system after 25 years of its permanent reform, with particular emphasis on vocational training. Against this background it shows directions of changes in vocational education at secondary and higher levels in order to integrate it with the labor market. Preferred models of vocational training to adapt the education system to the requirements of a dynamic labor market is primarily a dual training and modular education.
