Thesis supervisor as coach – practical aspects of engineer diploma work realization with coaching implementation

Abstract

The article presents a description of the practical implementation of coaching principles in engineer diploma work. The thesis supervisor role and his activities at such a solution were described. Additionally, the main risks and benefits of using coaching in the realization of engineer diploma work were presented.
