Abstract

The concept of gamification is used for many years in business organizations. The important reason for its popularity is its relationship with the fun, what means that activities undertaken by the learner are not only useful, but also enjoyable, and therefore more motivating. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the possibility of gamification use as an innovative method in school and academic education as well as skills development of enterprise employees.
