Abstract

Requirements expected from management personnel in emergency situations are discussed in the paper, including those related to their personalities. Management personnel personalities were analyzed in the context of constant individual personality traits. Desired value levels of those traits were identified with regard to the efficiency of their professional performance in emergency situations
