The importance of information technology for small-town school environment

Abstract

The main tasks of information technology is one of the equal opportunities of development between urban and rural areas. Using computers for learning have been repeatedly the object of own research, but the first time, the research included low-urbanized areas. In the studies did not noticed significant signs of delay in the development of education using information technology achievements in rural areas. Any perceived backwardness are associated with the level of technical subject (eg mobility), which is not transferred to the human aspect.
