Abstract

In the last 20 years of social transformation the position and role of a computer in special education has been positioned slightly out of the mainstream of changes. The description of advantages of, as well as restraints and threats to this type of education, has become a requirement in our fast-changing times. Considering this aspect, diagnostic research was conducted in a Pedagogical and Psychological Counselling Centre as regards the application of multimedia computer programmes in working with a dyslectic child. The impact and possibilities of this software on therapeutic effects in overcoming dyslexia have been specified
