The author outlines the phenomenon, characterises specificity of the country as one that is ethnically homogenous, indicates Poles’ migratory experience and the society’s acceptance of migratory trips, mainly for gainful employment. Finally, the author indicates what Poles’ standpoints are towards foreigners. This is illustrated with official statistical data and own surveys.Downloads
