Różewicz year by year. On the tenth anniversary of the death of the great poet and playwright

Abstract

The article presents chronologically the dramatic works of Tadeusz Różewicz directed by Kazimierz Braun, performed on the stages of Polish and world theatres. Fifteen works have been discussed. The chosen temporal compositional arrangement allows us to follow the development of the playwright and poet’s output on various levels as well as in the relations: director - playwright, director - poet. The considerations are supported by citations of reviews of plays and Kazimierz Braun’s memories regarding the way of working on Tadeusz Różewicz’s stage text.
