Evidence safeguarding under the civil litigation code

Abstract

In the article entitled “Evidence safeguarding under the Civil Litigation Code”, the author analyzes the issue of this institute in court proceedings in matters falling within the jurisdiction of a civil court. The aim of this article is to deal in detail with the purpose and assumptions that has to be met for a court decision on this safeguard. The article pays special attention to the safeguarding of evidence in matters of intellectual property law.
