Legal regulation of bankruptcy proceedings in the Slovak Republic after the changes made by Act no. 309/2023 coll

Abstract

In the article, the author deals with general aspects of bankruptcy law in Slovak legislation and briefly analyzes the issue of the individual phases of bankruptcy proceedings, which is governed by Act no. 7/2005 Coll. on bankruptcy and restructuring as amended. Special attention is paid to the course of bankruptcy proceedings after the changes made by Act no. 309/2023 Coll. The main changes in the bankruptcy proceedings are related to the enlargement of electronicization in the field of bankruptcy law.
