Challenges related to teaching the subject of Internet technologies in IT majors

Abstract

The article addresses issues related to the challenges faced by people who prepare and conduct classes in one of the basic subjects in information technology – Internet technologies. This subject discusses content that is quickly becoming outdated and instructors must constantly improve their education to meet the expectations of both students and business.
In order to learn the opinions of students and their expectations regarding education in the above-mentioned subject, research was conducted among students who passed it in the previous semester (2nd year of Computer Science and Computer Science and Econometrics at the University of Rzeszów).
