The article was presents the results of research on the level of resistance to stress of academic teachers of the University of Rzeszów using ICT in their workshop to acquire, process and transfer knowledge to students. Appropriate preparation to use the available tools supporting the educational process determines the skilful, effective, efficient and at the same time effective transmission of necessary information, use of available information, communication with students and other colleagues at the university.Downloads
