Optimal learning methods leading to professional competences

One of the key issues affecting the development of innovative economy is competence mismatch observation. This phenomenon is also a problem for graduates who look for employment. In this study the main causes of this situation were characterized, especially in the education system. It also maintain selection and analysis of optimal learning paths leading to the required professional competences with regard to flow of vocational training.Downloads
