Abstract

Modern school education is being criticized for its average didactical and educational achievements. A change in social and educational role of teacher is necessary and it is especially connected with subjectivity. A teacher in didactical and upbringing process should be an initiator of positive cooperation with parents and other educational institutions. He needs to make pedagogical decisions in creative and responsible way, following the upbringing and development weal of students. Subjectivity of a teacher is also connected with his authority among parents, students and whole society
