Abstract

The results of the research on students’ opinions regarding their preparation for the requirements of higher technical studies were presented at this article. Preliminary research included, among others, such issues as: circumstances related to the choice of the field of study, self- -assessment of preparation for studies and difficulties encountered by first-year students.
