The article presents and justifies the position of the research issues of electronics memory within the curriculum of educating safety engineers. Based on the analysis of existing solutions we have described the design and the implementation of a stand to study the circuit PROM. The stand has undergone an assessment of competent experts, an analysis of the research results and conclusions reached thereafter.Downloads
