This article gives an overview about the next scientific and technological revolution, known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is practically implemented in the current decade in the economic systems of the leading countries of the world. The Polish economy is also preparing to implement innovative technologies in line with this new concept. The preparation and improve-ment of staffing – the reform of the Polish education and vocational training system has greatly influenced the success of this process.Downloads
