Abstract

Addiction to computer/Internet is a growing psychosocial problem. The paper presents the main findings of the literature on this topic and presents own survey of middle school students’ computer usage. The study involved students and their parents. The resulting material was the basis for the formulation of empirical indications aiming to protect children and young people from addiction to computer/Internet
