The risk of burnout of chemistry teachers

Doing the work is an important part of everyone's life. Gaining of the appropriate qualifications, competences and attention to continuous professional development forms the basis for normal function, and also supports solid duties to perform. New challenges through the implementation of projects also affect positively in achieving the goals and motivates the individual to further action.
In the teacher's work will be a new curricula, methods of conducting lessons, use of the right way of technical equipment, information technology, ability to work in group and others.
In this article the author approached and diagnosed differences between teachers of exact science (of chemistry) and teachers of humanities, due to the difficulty in teaching the subject and the associated risk of stress, which can affect the risk of burnout.
