Abstract

Motivation is a driving force for people in achieving any success in their education, and this means that the motives accompany learning and have an impact on learning results. The author introduces theoretical considerations on motivation and the human learning process. The first part of the article focuses on the characteristics and types of learning. Then the author presents the most important learning theories. But the second part of the article focuses on explaining motivation and then the author presents various theories of motivation. The last part is devoted to those factors that disturb and may even threaten the correct motivation.
