Abstract

Interpersonal communication is an important foundation in the normal functioning of a person in his or her family environment as well as in the workplace. There is a multitude of factors in the literature on which the correct communication process depends. The article has generally characterized interpersonal communication as well as focusing on interference and barriers in the transmission and reception of messages.
